Overtaking at the wrong time or in the wrong place is extremely dangerous.
It is vital to chose your time and place carefully.
Give plenty of room when overtaking cyclists, they could try and avoid a pot-hole and swing out in front of you.
Make sure you don't cut in on a cyclist you have just overtaken.
