Adapt your driving to the type and condition of the road you are on.
Take into account the road and traffic conditions.
Be prepared for unexpected situations.
Be prepared to adjust your speed.
Periodically look in the mirror and blind spots to see what is happening behind and around you.
Look out for pedestrians crossing between or behind parked vehicles.
Look out for vehicles emerging from junctions.
Always follow the Mirrors - Signal - Manoeuvre (M-S-M) sequence.
