Video Lesson - How to deal with right turns at traffic lights
Sponsored Links
These are a series of clips to show you how to deal with the different situations when turning right at traffic lights.
At some traffic lights there are advance stop lines to allow cyclists to postion themselves ahead of other traffic.
Stop at the first white line and avoid the encroaching the marked area. However, if you have crossed the first white line at the time that the signal changes to red, you must stop on the second white line, even if you are in the marked area. You have to then allow time for any cyclists the time and space to move off when the lights change to green.
