I am the owner of / instructor with Route 1 School of Motoring, an independent driving school based in Formby, Merseyside. I am a fully qualified, DSA approved instructor (Grade 5). Route 1 is a successful driving school which has been trading for over 10 years. I set up the school when I retired from the Emergency Services where I held Advanced (Class 1) driving qualifications in respect of both cars and motorcycles. I hold Class 1 Advanced driving qualifications with the Institute of Advanced Motorists in respect of both cars and motorcycles and I am a qualified Class 1 heavy goods vehcile driver. I provide friendly, patient, professional tuition with lessons which are structured to meet the needs of each individual student. I have a very high pass rate with the majority of my students passing their driving test at the first attempt. Nervous students and those with special needs are welcome.
