• Your License Holder Name (Email address)

Re-activating your software on a new computer

If you wish to move the software you have purchased to a new computer then please carry out the following:

1. Launch the software
2. Click on 'Activate New Install'
3. Select 'Re-Install Existing License'
4. Type in your License Holder (email address) and Purchase reference number (starts with 1-)
5. Click on NEXT and it should now be activated.

If you have purchased an Activation Code from Softwrap but your computer has crashed or you cannot access DTS Theory Express Edition, please follow these simple steps:

1. Visithttp://www.softwrap.com/page.aspx?section_id=9
2. Enter your registered email address into the box
3. Click ‘Send Request’
4. You will then receive an email from Softwrap to the registered email address containing all your licensing details.
