Totem Confidence is designed to aid relaxation and boost confidence in stressful situations and is being snapped up by people learning to drive and approaching their driving test.
The product, developed by qualified Neuro Linguistic practitioner Michael Hall, is aimed at anyone who is facing stressful situations such as an interview, meetings or public speaking or who needs help in achieving a personal goal, such as passing their driving test.
The Totem Confidence pack includes a CD, which takes the listener through a deep relaxation experience and a “totem” – a key fob which the user empowers with their own confident thoughts – which can be carried around discreetly at all times and held for reinforcement.
Mr Hall said that the driving test is one of the most nerve-wracking experiences you can have and so it is no wonder that people are looking to whatever help they can get to calm their nerves and to get through this stumbling block to their freedom on the roads.
